Paige began her career with U.S. Surgical and forged her way up through the ranks of finance and eventually into a sales management position. She spent the last four years of her career at U.S. Surgical in hospital operating rooms, assisting surgeons technically in the proper use of the company’s products.

In 1999, Paige joined the spirits industry and returned to her finance roots as a Brand Finance Manger with Allied Domecq. During this time she managed multi-million dollar marketing budgets for some of industry’s leading brands like Kahlua, Stoli and Courvoisier. Paige was instrumental in the creation and implementation of Allied’s 80-person First Choice Team that directly managed the top 5,000 independent on-premise accounts across the country.

In 2006, Paige co-founded Next Level Marketing, which is an on-premise marketing and promotion agency dedicated to building premium brands. Next Level specializes in managing promotional teams that execute brand building activities for client brands as well as providing a full array of consulting services, training, custom research and strategic insights.
