LOCATION: Boston 
REPORTS TO: Next Level Marketing Program Director

POSITION SUMMARY
The Ultimat Vodka Brand Ambassador is a full-time, dedicated position focused exclusively on building the Ultimat Vodka brand.  Each Brand Ambassador will manage an assigned group of 75 – 100 key on-premise accounts in their market.  The position will focus on building account relationships, driving quality distribution, menu placements, staff trainings and specialty events for Ultimat Vodka.   

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
The Ultimat Vodka Brand Ambassador reports directly to the Next Level Program Director with a strong dotted line reporting relationship to an assigned Patron Spirits Company sales leader for day to day direction in the market.  The position will also work closely with the distributor teams in the local market to effectively coordinate the account support activities. 

KEY ROLES

  • Build and sustain effective, professional relationships with the Patron Spirits Company sales team, the distributor teams and the assigned on-premise customers.
  • Secure high-quality back-bar distribution targets in assigned accounts.
  • Develop impactful feature drink menu plan to drive brand pull.
  • Train and educate account staffs and consumers on the Ultimat Vodka brand.
  • Execute consumer samplings, brand building promotions and special events.
  • Effectively manage assigned budgets and track and measure program results

T & E AND ACTIVITY BUDGETS
Each Ambassador will be provided with an effective annual T & E budget of $15,000 ($1,250 / month) that they will be responsible to monitor and manage.  This budget will cover all job related expenses such as:

  • Mileage
  • Cell phone
  • Internet
  • Parking
  • Tolls
  • Tips
  • POS storage unit (if needed)
  • Account entertainment

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • College degree – BA
  • On-premise sales, marketing or promotion experience
  • Knowledge of the New York on-premise market
  • Existing relationships with trend setting, on-premise style accounts in NYC
  • Clean driving record and good credit history
  • Must be able to provide own transportation to and from accounts and events
  • Ability to manage and track budgets
  • Demonstrated computer, communication and presentation skills
